Paws to Read Registration is Open at the Jarvis, Hagersville, Dunnville, and Caledonia Branches

In partnership with Therapeutic Paws of Canada, the Haldimand County Public Library is offering an exciting literacy program designed to help children ages 5 and up practice their reading skills.

This is a wonderful free program designed to help reluctant readers or those who need to build confidence reading out loud.

Never Such Innocence: International Poetry, Artwork, and Song, Competition

From October 2025 to February 2026, Never Such Innocence is asking participants to respond to the theme: In someone else’s shoes; through poetry, artwork or song. Click the link below for more information.

Coding Club – Dunnville Branch

Explore the world of coding by learning how to build websites, creating apps, making video games and much more!

Open to youth ages 8 to 12, the Dunnville Coding Club makes learning to code exciting, accessible and fun.
Beginners to coding, and those with coding experience are welcome.
