Disc golf is played similar to regular golf but with specialized flying discs that are engineered for specific characteristics to allow for the desired speed, loft, glide distance, stability and turn tendency. It is a free, family-friendly way to exercise and have fun. There are two disc gold courses in Haldimand County, one in Jarvis and one in Caledonia.

Discs were generously donated by Concession Road Brewing Company.
